Payment and cancellation

To confirm your reservation, you must pay 30% of the amount of the stay. Payment can be made in one of the two most convenient ways for you: – Through a secure virtual terminal installed on our website. To do this, use our booking engine with the payment gateway, entering the dates, choosing the category, etc. – Through a bank transfer *, with the prior agreement of our reservations department (+34 633 43 73 76).

To make a bank transfer within the IBAN zone (mainly Europe), you need the following information:

– Beneficiary (name of the company that owns the account): Almare Rental Invest S.L.

– IBAN: ES3701820104000201610272 BIC / Swift: BBVAESMM – Full address (including country) of the recipient: Crta. Las Marinas Racons-Denia, 803700 DENIA (Alicante, Spain)

The remaining 70% of the amount of the stay must be paid by bank transfer no later than 15 days before the arrival date. If you have any questions, please contact us.

* In case of payment by bank transfer, enter your first and last name + arrival and departure dates in the payment information.

The accommodation reservation can be canceled free of charge at least 20 days before the arrival date. If the reservation is canceled within 20 days before the arrival date, a payment of 30% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Yes, a deposit must be paid on arrival. The deposit is 500 euros on the Front View (Mediterranean) Apartment and Garden Villa categories, and 1000 euros on the Duplex Penthouse / Deluxe Penthouse categories. The deposit is paid from your bank card through our terminal. The full refund of the deposit is made through the virtual terminal to your card within 24 hours after departure, subject to the agreement and the absence of damage material.
