Payment can be made in one of the two most convenient ways for you: – Through a secure virtual terminal installed on our website. To do this, use our booking engine with the payment gateway, entering the dates, choosing the category, etc. – Through a bank transfer *, with the prior agreement of our reservations department (+34 633 43 73 76).

Cancellation policy: 30% of total amount paid in order to confirm the reservation is non-refundable. The rest of the amount of the reservation will be paid 14 days before the arrival by bank transfer. No refund will be made in case of cancellation, early departure or no-show (the reservation is kept up to the 1st night).

Yes, a deposit must be paid on arrival. The deposit is 500 euros on the Front View (Mediterranean) Apartment and Garden Villa categories, and 1000 euros on the Duplex Penthouse / Deluxe Penthouse categories. The deposit is paid from your bank card through our terminal. The full refund of the deposit is made through the virtual terminal to your card within 24 hours after departure, subject to the agreement and the absence of damage material.
