Departure from Rentalmare apartments takes place before 10:00 am. Upon departure, the full set of apartment keys must be given to the receptionist.

Check-in at Rentalmare Apartments is from 5pm Upon arrival, our receptionist will be waiting for you at the main entrance. She will take you to the parking lot, tour the complex, introduce you to your apartment and the complex rules, and hand you the keys.

We cannot guarantee early check-in. However, we can inform you 24 hours before arrival, if there is such a possibility. The service has no additional cost.

In the apartments of each category, there is a regulation for the maximum number of guests, it is strictly forbidden to exceed this capacity. The exception is children under three years of age, when hiring the folding crib service. The improper arrival and accommodation of a higher number of guests is considered a violation of the regulations, which in turn allows Rentalmare to cancel the reservation without refunding the payment made.
