Denia or also known as “Marquesado de Denia” is a historic town, which is currently also the capital of the Marina Alta region. The architecture of the old town represents the four eras that the city has lived through – Iberian, Roman, Muslim and Christian. Undoubtedly, one of the most outstanding elements of the historical and cultural heritage of Denia is its Castle. Founded as the fortress in the times of Mediterranean piracy, the Castle remains one of the symbols of the Costa Blanca.

The City of Denia is located between the sea and the Montgo mountain, with more than 20 km of virgin beaches, mainly of fine sand. Its beautiful beaches are characterized by their peculiar marine dunes that are reminiscent of the Balearic Islands, which are right in front. The Rentalmare residential complex is located on one of these endless beaches, Les Deveses beach. With an area of ​​almost 5 km of fine golden sand, Les Deveses marks the beginning of the Costa Blanca. The microclimate of the area and the annual average of 18ºC, makes it one of the best places to practice windsurfing and kitesurfing almost all year round.

The Rentalmare residential complex is located at km 8 of the Carretera les Marines in Dénia. The building is located on the beach and all the apartments have a direct view to the beautiful beach of les Deveses and from its opposite side you can see the picturesque Sierra Segaria, or as the local people call it “The Sleeping Giant”. The Sierra Segaria, with a maximum altitude of 509 meters, separates the Marjal de Pego-Oliva Natural Park and the Girona river valley. Thanks to its peculiar flora and fauna, and the proximity of the coast, The Sleeping Giant has some of the most spectacular walking routes in the Marina Alta.
