The urbanization has three main categories of housing. Each Rentalmare apartment has its exclusive decoration even though they are all in the same line of aesthetics, maintaining purity, minimalism and the Mediterranean style.
– GARDEN VILLA located on the ground floor has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an American-style kitchen, a living-dining room, a terrace with frontal views of the sea and a private garden with direct access to the complex’s gardens.
– FRONT VIEW APARTMENT occupies the first and second floors of the building. The apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen with the living-dining room and a terrace with frontal views of the sea. MEDITERRANEAN FRONT VIEW maintains the same distribution but highlights the Mediterranean style in the decoration of the house.
– DUPLEX PENTHOUSE located on the last two floors of the building. It is a two-level apartment, four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, two terraces with frontal views of the sea and a sun terrace with views of the Sierra Segaria. The windows of its spacious double-height living-dining room fill the apartment with light and create “the cruise ship effect”. The terrace with its private garden in the Garden Villa category has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The dining table and gas barbecue, chill-out sofa area, hammocks in the natural grass area and direct access to the swimming pools of the urbanization and the beach.

In the Front View Apartment category, the sea view opens even from the kitchen. It is an exclusive pleasure to be preparing food accompanied by the breeze and the sounds of the sea.

The Duplex Penthouse category occupies 143 m2. Its first floor has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen and a terrace with frontal views of the sea.

The kitchens of all the Rentalmare apartments are equipped with everything you need, starting with the coffee maker, blender, juicer and kettle and ending with the complete set of dishes, glasses and etc. All the apartments have a ceramic hob, a smoke extractor on the ceiling, a microwave and oven, a refrigerator with a freezing chamber, a dishwasher and a washing machine.

The main bedrooms have a 160 cm double bed or a 180 cm wide queen size bed. All rooms contain a large closet and centralized air conditioning, which is managed from the living room by the Smart Home system.

The rest of the bedrooms have two 90 cm wide single beds, some of them have an integrated bathroom (as, for example, in the Duplex Penthouse) and the others a shared bathroom.

The bedrooms of the Mediterranean Front View category highlight their details of natural linen-type fabrics and wicker, straw, wood, rattan, etc. decorations. Each space has its own design even though they are all aligned in their ways to create a true home on the beach.

All bathrooms in the Rentalmare apartments have a shower, but two modified apartments contain a bathtub in the main bedroom – a Medierranean Front View and the Duplex Deluxe.

The Duplex Deluxe category has an enlarged bathroom with a large mirror, a double sink cabinet, a shower, a bathtub and windows with frontal mountain views.
